This was Abigail’s year to have a birthday party. She decided she wanted to go bowling for her birthday. She was only able to invite a few friends since we had to be able to transport them all. She has so many friends at church, school, and from the neighborhood that it was hard for her to decide. It was a fun group of girls and we all had a great time.
After bowling we took the girls to McDonalds for sundaes. It’s no secret that Abigail likes Icebreakers so we decided to give each of the girls a pack of Icebreakers to take home as a thank you.
We invited Justin’s family over last night to celebrate Abigail’s birthday. Abigail requested a yummy oreo dessert. Much easier than decorating a traditional birthday cake.

What a cute bunch of girls. I hope Abigail's birthday was great. She sure is a delightful friend for Linsey. I think the oreo dessert is a great idea for birthdays.
Looks like Abigail had a blast on her birthday. Lydia loved the party and loves Abigail (and Carly too). It's been fun watching Abigail grow up, she is a sweet girl.
What a great birthday celebration. Alyssa had a great time and the chocolate that was all over her face showed just how much she loved that sundae. I think the party is just as much fun for the friend as it is for the birthday girl.
It's amazing to think that our girls have been friends since before Abigail could talk. Here's to many more years of friendship!
I love Abigail's new smile. It sounds like they had lots of fun. Rachel was hesitant at first, because other than the Wii she hasn't been bowling. But she had a blast! So thanks!
Rachel is hoarding the Icebreakers. What a great idea! I also love the idea of an Oreo cake. Lots yummier than traditional cake.
