With
four kids in the house I hear a lot of comparisons, “it’s not fair” and “why
does she get to…?” Carly's first
ever MSP was today and she felt jipped because Abigail got to take a special
treat to school during one of her MSP testing days last week. My typical response usual conveys the
concept that “life isn’t fair;” however, today I told her that we could make a
special dessert together when she got home from school. I thought the beautiful sunny day would
distract her from spending the afternoon in the kitchen, but she remembered and
together we made a yummy strawberry shortcake.
