PRO: We are home all day together
CON: He’s sick and has been up in bed most of the day
- I have a lock box
PRO: Since don’t need to physically “show” the house, we may just be able to sneak out of here for Christmas
CON: I can never leave my house messy – needs to show-shape in moments notice.
CON2: A realtor can come in my house anytime. Sure they should call, but will they always?

Good luck picking out all the stuff for your house. It's exciting and stressful but I'm sure you'll do a great job. The new house is coming along and looks great! Your backyard looks huge to me! Coming from Texas, I'm still surprised at what passes for a backyard on new construction here in WA. Looks like you managed to find a builder who actually provides a bit of land for your house.
