A Girls Weekend Away {Sept 18 – 20}

My friend Andrea turned 40 this month and after all this year has brought on she was itching for a weekend away. We were all itching for a weekend away. Kari recently bought a vacation home on the Columbia River and so off we went.

It was still pretty smoky the first day or so but ended up clearing up midway through. We arrived Friday early afternoon and jumped on the scooters to head down the hill into Crescent Bar – the intent was to go out to eat but the restaurants weren’t open so we just scootered around and then headed back to the house. We had plenty of snacks and yummy food for the weekend.

The house sits on the hillside and overlooks the river. We enjoyed the views from the infinity pool.

Those that didn’t scooter around rode in the golf cart – a fun ride either way.
