Whoops! This post is a bit out of order, but better late than later or never. Drew’s second soccer season ended on October 8. He’s still in the younger age group that has practices twice a week in August and then those practice turn into games twice a week in September until early October. Drew loved playing and I loved watching him.
I love that he puts his hands up in the air when he wants his teammates to “pass” to him
He also has the funniest little stances when he’s waiting for the ball or little dances he’ll do as he gallops, leaps, or boogies his way to the line where he jumps onto the line ready to play.
Drew is already looking forward to playing soccer again as soon as possible – which for this family won’t be until next fall.
