Carly’s final basketball game
was Saturday, March 1st.
She continues to play through the city recreation team, which started in
January. There are several things
we don’t like about their program and would love to find a team similar to the
one Abigail has been playing in.
The city has a more advanced league but it is expensive and they often
play on Sundays. Carly played on a
new recreation team this year in which most of girls go to school with her. Carly is a great ball player and she
plays physically – she was the strongest player on her team, but did a great
job passing off the ball and being a great team player. She enjoyed playing and has decided to
continue this spring (no weekday practices, just Saturday games).
