Our first full day was spent at
sea giving us lots of time to explore the ship and participate in some of the
fun activities offered.
This guy found out he really, really likes the flowrider

a little encouragement Carly was confident enough to try getting on her knees
today
We also spent plenty of time at
the pools and the kids, particularly Drew and Katie (and myself), managed to
start the trip with a bit of a sunburn.
It was windy, windy at the pools today but oh, that sunshine!
The three oldest did the
zipline today.
Of course more golf for our
little golfer.
Rock climbing ended up being a
fun family activity. Everyone gave
it a try except Drew – not sure he could have tried even if he wanted to.
I
was really impressed with how well Katie did. She went about half way up a few times.
Carly was the only one to make
it to the top and ring that bell.

except this guy who rang the bell and a few others on his not-so-graceful way
down
I also gave it a try, but got
half way up and panicked. Apparently
I have some issues with height and trust because it took me a long while to be
convinced to let go of the wall to get down. Yikes.
We ate dinner in the dining
room with the Baumgartner’s. It
was formal night and this is as formal as we got – pretty casual in comparison
to a lot of the cruisers.
We caught the aqua show tonight
– boy, was it strange, but also kind of cool. Here’s a few clips melded together.
